QBJ-3WZ Speed Monitoring Emergency Trip Protection Device

The QBJ-3WZ emergency shutdown protection device serves as a critical safety component for steam turbine units, providing comprehensive monitoring throughout operation. During normal conditions, it continuously monitors turbine speed. In overspeed scenarios, the secondary emergency shutdown striker activates via centrifugal force, initiating an immediate turbine shutdown. The system employs three QBJ-CS-1 type sensors: one for speed measurement and two dedicated to emergency shutdown functions.
